How We Help Your Wellness Journey?
The Dara Difference
Care that meets you where you are, and walks with you from there.
At Dara Wellness, we believe true wellbeing starts with feeling safe, seen, and supported, not just physically, but emotionally too.
Our space is designed exclusively for women and those who are female-identified. It’s a calm, judgement-free environment where you don’t have to perform strength to be respected. You get to arrive exactly as you are.
Wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all. That’s why we offer personalised, expert-led services that support the whole you; your body, your mind, and your goals. Whether you’re living with chronic pain, navigating trauma, rebuilding after burnout, or just wanting to feel a bit more like yourself again, we’re here.

Meet Our Team
Amanda
Exercise Physiologist
If the idea of exercise makes you roll your eyes or freeze up, Amanda gets it.
Amanda’s an Accredited Exercise Physiologist with a background in neurological rehab, and she knows that movement is about function, not fitness fads.
Her sessions are all about pacing, nervous system regulation, pain management, and rebuilding a sense of safety in your body, on your terms.
Kristen
Dietician
She’s not your average “here’s-a-meal-plan-good-luck” kind of dietitian.
Kristen walks the food journey with you, and she won’t make you eat kale if you hate it, promise.
She works closely with the neurodiverse community and totally gets that food isn’t just about nutrition. It’s about texture, smell, routine… and sometimes, making sure your broccoli doesn’t touch your potato (we respect it).
More introductions to come soon.
Meet The Founder
VICTORIA HAUSLER
This all started with a drawing.
At 16, Victoria sketched out her dream: a wellness space for women.
A place with movement, connection, care and heart. She didn’t have the words for it back then. But she knew how it needed to feel.
Years later, after navigating trauma, disconnection, and a system that often misses the mark, that sketch became Dara.
Victoria founded Dara Disability Services in 2023 with one mission, to create a space where no one feels like they have to earn their right to care.
What began as a response to feeling unsupported has grown into a whole-person community that centres women, choice and real human connection.
Dara isn’t just a service. It’s a space built from lived experience. A space where you’re seen, supported, and reminded that you don’t have to do it alone.
Our Values
At Dara Wellness, we believe that good care starts with how we treat each other. We value our clients deeply and we value our team just as much. Because safe, steady care only works when the people delivering it feel held too.
We lead with compassion, not pressure.
We communicate clearly and kindly.
Everyone belongs here.
We show up with honesty, warmth and respect, always.belongs here.
The Dara Promise
You’ll never be asked to push before you feel ready.
You won’t be rushed, judged, or treated like a number.
Instead, you’ll be met with warmth, choice, and care that adapts to you.
We promise to see you, not just your plan.
To walk at your pace, not ours.
And to keep showing up, even on the hard days.
Because support should feel safe.
And you deserve to feel that from day one.
